Czech and Slovak Staged Photography introduces you to
thirteen contemporary artists performing narrative fictions for their
cameras, in studio or in landscape. The images are black and white and
color, done in the last 15 years and draw on the traditions of theater,
sculpture, dance, film and
storytelling.
Anne Arden McDonald is involved in organizing this work into exhibitions,
lectures and magazine articles.
