Galería Comercial started in May 2003 as a research project that
studied different options for the establishment of a "commercial" gallery
within the
structure of a not for profit; a gallery rehearsal that inaugurated M&M
proyectos' program for guests curators.
Now working independently, under the direction of Francisco Rovira Rullán
(Tito), Galería Comercial focuses on themed exhibitions, curated
projects, and art happenings by a group of cutting edge, emerging and mid-career
artists from Puerto Rico, USA, and Europe.
Galería Comercial's relation with artists is occasion-specific as
it works exclusively with nobody.
